Multivariety of factors that influence on TARV adhesion in HIV patients

Abstract

Introduction: HIV is a disease that pass to be chronic and cosmopolitan by increase of pacient survival because emergence and upgrading of ART as a therapeutic option whose adhesion is influenced by different factors. Method: Integrative review of literature on data bases Scielo, PubMed and Lilacs. Results: Using the first descriptors it was found 15 articles on Scielo, 43 on PubMed and 37 on Lilacs, after filtration left 16 articles. In the second group of descriptors it was found only 1 new article on the 3 data bases. Of 17 articles, 5 was repeated, remaining 12 that was analyzed on totality. Discussion: The ART adhesion is influenced by different factors: health system, medicine, socially individual insertion, cultural and territorial heterogeneity of the country and specificity of marginalized populations. Conclusion: The factors might be changed by multisectoral actions and insertion of vulnerable population in the context of health care by treating the patient holistically.
