Abstract

En este artículo se presenta un modelo de programación lineal cuyos resultados en el óptimo sugieren a la gerencia sobre cuánto producir, cuánto demorar y cuánto almacenar en cada período de un horizonte de planeación dado. Se describen detalles técnicos para integrar el modelo a la base de datos del sistema de inventarios de la organización.
