Abstract

Como estudiantes de la Maestría en Administración del Desarrollo Humano y Organizacional, bajo la premisa de una extensa “investigación exploratoria piloto” sobre la temática del Sistema Regional de Innovación SRI, identificamos diferentes necesidades que comprometen a: Universidad, Sector Productivo, Gobierno, Sector Financiero y Sociedad. Necesidades que podrían articularse a través de la concientización de los actores para que se generen soluciones con el aprovechamiento de la formación científica que bajo una responsabilidad social tiene la academia en la formación de un Magíster en Administración del Desarrollo Humano y Organizacional.
