Abstract

En este documento se presentan pautas y recomendaciones para establecer y certificar, con base en la norma ISO 9001, un proceso de diseño y desarrollo en un taller metalmecánico; cada uno de los numerales de la norma asociados al diseño y desarrollo son tratados en forma tal que pueden ser fácilmente seguidos y utilizados por cualquier taller metalmecánico.
