Abstract

Se discuten las metodologías modernas, nuevas estrategias y tácticas sintéticas (procesos intramoleculares de Friedel-Crafts, ciclocondensación de imino Diels- Alder intermoleculares) para obtener los alcaloides y sus análogos sintéticos y algunos ejemplos de síntesis realizados por el Laboratorio de Química Orgánica y Biomolecular de la UIS.
