Estudio de las características del aceite esencial de cabreriella oppositicordia (asteraceae)
Abstract
Cabreriella oppositicordia, es una planta endémica que ha sido encontrada en la región del Cesar (Colombia). El aceite esencial de esta especie no ha sido estudiado; por lo tanto, en el presente trabajo se reporta un estudio de la composición química del aceite por GC-MS. Los resultados del estudio fitoquímico realizado, muestran un gran potencial de la especie en el mercado de los aceites esenciales, su composición fue representada por componentes mayoritarios presentes en el aceite esencial del jengibre, producto comercializado por muchos países. El aceite esencial estudiado presentó un alto contenido en hidrocarburos sesquiterpénicos tales como: a-zingibereno (18.5 por ciento) y ar-curcumeno (15.0 por ciento).Downloads
