Abstract

Se presentan los pasos a seguir para el diseño de una línea de suministro de aire comprimido para un laboratorio de enseñanza. La normativa aplicada permite la evaluación del tipo de riesgo y su respectiva cuantificación del nivel, asociada al riesgo de sordera profesional por el ruido producido por el compresor. Mediante una matriz de evaluación se consideraron cuatro alternativas de diseño, teniendo en cuenta sugerencias de potenciales usuarios y proveedores del servicio de instalación. Se construyó un DAQ para el monitoreo de la presión en la línea con un transductor piezoeléctrico y un microcontrolador Arduino. La curva del sensor obtenida permite el uso del sistema en futuros proyectos académicos.
