Procedimiento para el cálculo de las especificaciones de exactitud en el rango de temperatura de 700 °c a 1000 °c de un horno tubular

Se desarrolló un proceso para la calibración de un horno tubular marca Industrias Terrígeno, Modelo ESP serie 462 en un rango de 700 °C a 1000 °C, con el fin de determinar la exactitud y el intervalo de confianza de la temperatura programada en el equipo cuando se efectúan tratamientos térmicos a materiales estudiados. Utilizando el análisis metrológico estándar para el cálculo de incertidumbres en medidas directas, se concluye que la contribución a la incertidumbre expandida, por la incertidumbre tipo B debido a especificaciones de exactitud del horno es del 2% de la temperatura máxima programada en el rango de 700 ºC a 1000 ºC.Downloads
