Obtención de Vainillina a Partir de la Lignina de la Guadua

Se investigó la utilización de la lignina extraída de la guadua Angustifolia Kunt como fuente de la materia prima para la producción del saborizante vainillina; la lignina es oxida en un reactor presurizado para obtener la vainillina sintética. La lignina extraída de la guadua se purifica, es analizada por Espectrofotometría de Infrarrojo con Transformadas de Fourier, FT-IR, y se emplea en la obtención de la vainillina, la cual al analizarla se compara con la que se adquiere en el mercado. La vainillina es analiza por espectrofotometría FT-IR, cromatografía de gases acoplado a masas y punto de fusión, confirmado los resultados experimentales. El rendimiento es comparable con el de la bibliografía.Downloads
