Abstract

La demanda en el sector de los electrodomésticos se caracteriza por ser dinámica, generando la necesidad de garantizar su correcto abastecimiento. Diseñar un sistema para este sector tiene características particulares, debido al volumen de artículos y la complejidad de administrar las líneas de la misma manera. Se propone así, una metodología que utiliza un enfoque multicriterio para clasificar las líneas, concentrando el estudio en las tipo A. Posteriormente, se realiza un análisis de series de tiempo que complementa la selección del sistema de pronóstico y después se evalúan sistemas de control de inventarios, para minimizar el costo total relevante (CTR).
