El trabajo presenta un modelo para afrontar el desempeño en equipos de trabajo a través de la evolución organizacional. En dicho modelo, se esbozan una serie de elementos, objetivos y procesos que mostrados en cada fase del ciclo de vida organizacional, permiten identificar los roles y estrategias para los involucrados en los diferentes equipos de trabajo.Downloads
