Herramienta computacional para la gestión y evaluación de procesos software enmarcados en actividades de investigación

El presente1 artículo describe el diseño de una herramienta computacional para gestionar y evaluar la calidad de procesos software derivados de actividades de investigación. La herramienta permite definir un modelo de procesos, asignando roles, actividades, recursos y productos a cada proceso especificado, además de la gestión de la información necesaria para evaluar su desempeño. Utilizando diagramas de paquetes y de casos de uso se muestra la funcionalidad disponible en la herramienta, la cual ha sido diseñada a partir de directrices dadas por normas como la ISO 12207 e ISO 15504.Downloads
