This document provides a comprehensive view of the importance of software solutions in the context of digital transformation, highlighting their role in innovation and improving efficiency in organizations.
In addition, information systems are analyzed and relevant conclusions are drawn about their importance and usefulness. Finally, the theoretical-conceptual approach focuses on understanding digital transformation as a profound change in the culture and way of working in companies. requiring a strategic vision and the incorporation of new strategies, processes, cultures and skills in the organization. Likewise, the importance of strategic approaches, dynamic capabilities and user-centric considerations to achieve an effective digital transformation is highlighted.
