Este documento presenta los elementos de un modelo de gestión que permitan estructurar un Banco de Talentos Empresariales en el Municipio de Pereira, a partir de la identificación y análisis de modelos de Bancos que sobre el tema existen a nivel internacional y nacional, las instituciones gestoras del emprendimiento en Pereira y la definición de los componentes administrativos, técnicos, financieros y elementos desde el punto de vista de sistema del modelo.Downloads
