Abstract

Este trabajo analiza los factores que enmarcan la medición del direccionamiento estratégico de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, (UTP), cruzándolas con las características del modelo de autoevaluación del Consejo Nacional de Acreditación Colombiano (CNA) lo que permitió determinar un conjunto coherente de variables de entrada y de salida para medir la calidad y eficiencia de 16 diferentes programas académicos de la UTP. Para reducir la dimensión del número de variables se realizó un Análisis Factorial que permitió determinar 4 factores asociados con diferentes aspectos de la calidad de los programas académicos. Para medir la eficiencia se aplicaron modelos de Análisis Envolvente de datos.
