El artículo presenta una propuesta de transcendencia de las empresas tradicionales a organizaciones cambiantes fundamentada en la potencialización del ser humano al interior de la empresa. Se toman como pilares fundamentales la dirección, la gestión humana y las competencias del ser que trabajadas por medio de diversos elementos permitan trasmitir, entender y recibir ideas, pensamientos y sentimientos, en cualquier medio, generando el desarrollo individual que por medio de la sinergia permita la transformación empresarial.Downloads
