Estudio de oferta y demanda hídrica en la cuenca del río barbas

La normatividad ambiental Colombiana define la reglamentación, como la aplicación conjunta de acciones de orden técnico y jurídico, destinadas a obtener una mejor distribución del agua. En consecuencia, se adelantaron estudios técnicos para conocer el comportamiento de la oferta y demanda hídrica en la cuenca del río Barbas, teniendo en cuenta las características biofísicas e institucionales imperantes en el área de influencia. Este tipo de estudios, soporta la aplicación de la reglamentación como un instrumento de la gestión integrada del recurso hídrico (GIRH), que permita su administración eficiente, concentrando esfuerzos de control y vigilancia en las captaciones principales.Downloads
