Abstract

En general el universo de las empresas presenta un reflejo de la sociedad como tal, y con él se verá reflejada en la población trabajadora aspectos como casos de detrimento en la salud por las extensas jornadas laborales, obligando al trabajador a deteriorar su estilo de vida, es decir a tener hábitos poco saludables. Si por el contrario la forma de vida de las organizaciones permite al trabajador desarrollarse y crecer hasta su máximo desarrollo, se apunta hacia una organización saludable, lo cual implica no solo una gestión responsable de los riesgos en salud sino la búsqueda en el equilibrio adecuado en cuanto a clima laboral y todo lo que esto conlleva; lo que requiere de un excelente equipo de trabajo comprometido con una organización sana e indudablemente compenetrada con todos los factores, desde la cultura organizacional hasta la satisfacción laboral.
