La importancia dada a los conflictos al interior de las organizaciones no es muy común. Estos aparecen en los equipos de trabajo y dada la complejidad de la naturaleza humana y la influencia que ésta posee en la asociación de las personas, posibilita la aparición de desacuerdos o distintos puntos de vista sobre las acciones que se deben realizar frente a la obtención de resultados. El conflicto es una oportunidad de crecer como también de generar un cambio en la evolución del Ser.Downloads
