Abstract

Este documento presenta de forma resumida como reducir el tiempo de preparación (setup) en un proceso de producción, usando la metodología S.M.E.D (Single Minute Exchange of Die). También se muestran las ventajas ypasos a seguir para su adecuada implementación y adicionalmente se presenta un corto ejemplo numérico que logra flexibilizar la producción.
