Abstract

Con este artículo se busca realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un hemocentro regional en Pereira, apoyado por los nuevos lineamientos del gobierno nacional sobre la estructura de los bancos de sangre, de modo que se pueda determinar si es no competitivo con las empresas que prestan estos servicios en el mercado regional, por lo tanto el análisis se realiza fundamentado en los planes de presupuesto. La utilidad del presente artículo radica en la aplicación de conceptos financieros para estudios de factibilidad y competitividad, sin dejar de considerar la responsabilidad social del Estado en el control de la comercialización de los hemoderivado
