Abstract

El diseño de un transportador de sinfín con características de mezclador requiere del uso de algunos conceptos importantes para lograr los objetivos buscados, transporte y homogeneización en la mezcla. El código CEMA utilizado fue desarrollado en Estados Unidos y ha sido probado en la industria con buenos resultados. El presente artículo describe algunos conceptos de este código utilizados en el diseño, verificación y construcción de un prototipo.
