Abstract

Este articulo describe brevemente la forma en que se realizó el proceso de caracterización de los estilos y las herramientas gerenciales administrativas usadas actualmente por los gerentes de las empresas del sector "comercio al por mayor de productos alimenticios procesados de las empresas comerciales en el Área Metropolitana Centro – Occidente” y las estrategias más adecuadas de formación que contribuir con el desarrollo competitivo de ellas.
