Las empresas del sector comercial del área metropolitana centro-occidente, actualmente son objeto de estudio ya que al encontrarse en una zona estratégica que han denominado el Triangulo de Oro, se ha convertido en un espacio atractivo para la inversión, es por ello, que el grupo de investigación de Desarrollo Humano y Organizacional, asume el reto de adelantar una investigación en el sector farmacéutico que permite el diseño de una propuesta que le apunta al desarrollo y a la competitividad del sector partiendo del análisis del estilo administrativo de sus gerentes y comparándola con su gestión.Downloads
