Abstract

En el presente artículo se presenta una aplicación de la Programación Lineal Entera en la solución de un problema de programación de un conjunto de operaciones necesarias para la realización de dos trabajos en una sola máquina. Se inicia con una descripción general del problema para n trabajos, para proseguir con la aplicación del modelo general a un caso de programación de dos productos, finalizando con la solución del problema usando al LINDO como herramienta informática. Este trabajo busca mostrar la importancia que posee las técnicas propias de la investigación de operaciones en la solución de problemas y la toma de decisión empresarial.
