Evaluación del grado de contaminación por pesticidas organoclorados del río otún, mediante gc-ms.

En esta investigación, se presenta un método fiable para la determinación y cuantificación de 18 OCP´s presentes en aguas y sedimentos. El método se basa en una LLE por etapas con acetonitrilo seguido por la separación por cromatografía de gases y detección por espectrometría de masas. La metodología es específica y selectiva. Los porcentajes de recuperación de la mayoría de los pesticidas estuvieron entre 70-120%. Los residuos de plaguicidas organoclorados en las muestras de agua del Río Otún, departamento de Risaralda se analizaron con el fin de averiguar si dichas aguas estaban exceptas de plaguicidas y acumulaciones de estos.Downloads
