Abstract

Esta propuesta Preventiva en Gerencia del Servicio para los pequeños comerciantes tenderos de Pereira y Dosquebradas se desarrolló con la información obtenida de 370 personas, entre tenderos de barrio y clientes externos. El proceso de análisis se obtuvo al combinar herramientas administrativas que permitieron generar estrategias innovadoras para combatir la amenaza proyectada a presentarse por los Multiformatos entre otros componentes que los afectan. Se concluye describiendo oportunidades de mejoramiento y sostenimiento a través de la aplicación de la gerencia del servicio donde las tiendas lograrán una ventaja competitiva que los consolidaran como lideres frente a su mercado.
