Abstract

Este artículo muestra los resultados de la investigación realizada para identificar los intereses, motivaciones, necesidades de capacitación de los jóvenes egresados, personal administrativo y de apoyo, las relaciones existentes entre ellos y el tipo de recursos físicos, financieros y humanos de los Hogares de protección , para lograr una organización estratégica que brinde bienestar a dicha población.
