Abstract

En esta investigación se dan a conocer los resultados globales de la Consultoría Especializada que fue realizada para el diagnóstico de 40 empresas de confecciones, en desarrollo del proyecto “Diagnóstico para los diferentes procesos productivos de 40 PYMES de confección del Eje Cafetero”, desarrollado por la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, en el marco del Convenio de Cooperación Técnica no reembolsable identificado con el número ATN/ME-7855-CO denominado “Vinculaciones Empresariales para la Industria de la Confección – VEICO”, suscrito entre el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo – BID en Colombia, y el Rector General de UNIMINUTO Se presentan los resultados globales del análisis diagnóstico desde la perspectiva de producción, teniendo en cuenta aspectos fundamentales tales como sistemas de producción, sistemas de medición de estándares, sistemas de programación de planta, indicadores de gestión productiva, formación y capacitación del recurso humano, maquinaria, tecnología, entre otros.
