Abstract

En este trabajo. Investigación Reflexiva de Ingeniería Web sobre Accesibilidad de Discapacitados para el Doctorado Ingeniería del Software con la UPSAM. Según La OMS, más de 400 millones de personas en el mundo son discapacitados y según el DANE, en Colombia viven más de dos millones. Motivo de sensibilización para que los diseñadores Web construyan páginas para todos. Se investigan los estándares de la WAI, con las WCAG de la W3C. Directrices publicadas desde mayo 5 de 1999 con 14 pautas para la WEB1,0 y posteriores borradores en aprobación para la Web2.0 son una buena referencia para la Ingeniería Web.
