Abstract

En la valoración de empresas y en el mercado inmobiliario es frecuente utilizar la valoración de inmuebles a través de las rentabilidades de mercado como punto de referencia para tomar decisiones sobre precios y decisiones de inversión. Si el objetivo de todo negocio es crear riqueza, lo primero que debe interesar a cualquier persona es saber cuánto vale y como se mide ese valor.
