Abstract

Se realizó un estudio sobre la seguridad alimentaria en fincas del municipio de Alcalá, haciendo uso de la construcción de un modelo de simulación para fincas tipo mediante la metodología de Dinámica de Sistemas. Para tal fin, se recopiló información sobre la situación alimentaria de tres fincas en Alcalá; posteriormente se identificó la estructura de las relaciones entre el sistema productivo, ingresos, bienes de autoconsumo y gastos del hogar. Este modelo permitió evaluar en términos generales la situación de la seguridad alimentaria en fincas tipo, al tiempo que sirvió de base para la definición de los elementos de mayor influencia en el sistema como medida para proponer alternativas que ayuden al fortalecimiento de la seguridad alimentaria para fincas tipo en el municipio de Alcalá.
