Descripción e implementación de un magnetómetro kerr convencional
Abstract
Se presenta un magnetómetro Kerr ex situ (MEK), en configuración convencional, que opera bajo condiciones ambientales normales en un rango de 0.0 a 1000 mT ±0,2%. Este equipo es producto del análisis de las señales implícitas en este efecto magnetoóptico y del estudio instrumental realizado a los tipos de MEK identificados. Además se describen los componentes que lo conforman. Para la prueba del magnetómetro, se realizaron mediciones a una muestra de Permalloy (NiFe), material que ha sido previamente medido, con el magnetómetro Kerr diferencial (D-MOKE) del Grupo de Estado Sólido de la Universidad de Antioquia.Downloads
