Abstract

En este artículo se muestran los aspectos relevantes de la Administración Logística, su importancia, la forma en que se pueden abordar los distintos problemas logísticos reales, desde la configuración de la red hasta la preparación de pedidos y su posterior entrega, analizando los sistemas de envío. También se incluyen algunas características para el modelamiento de problemas logísticos y una breve evaluación de técnicas de solución. Al final, se relacionan valiosas conclusiones que pueden tomarse como reflexión y punto de partida en el apasiónate mundo de los sistemas logísticos y su impacto en la productividad y competitividad de las empresas actuales.
