Los costos y su manejo con el control estadístico de procesos, con ayuda de la distribución normal

El costo de un producto es la suma del costo de los materiales, la mano de obra y la suma de los costos de todas las actividades realizadas para elaborar ese producto o servicio (CIF). El sistema de costos no solamente se debe preocupar por generar información sino que debe buscar la reducción de los costos; esto es como, convertirse en generador de valor agregado. Este costo se debe controlar con herramientas modernas acorde a los procesos productivos, una de ellas es el Control Estadístico de Procesos, con los cual se logra la reducción del mismo.Downloads
