Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo consiste en establecer conexiones entre el impacto de la formación y asistencia cross-cultural con relación a los fracasos foráneos. Así, una revisión de distintas investigaciones teóricas y empíricas sobre los mencionados tópicos y los resultados obtenidos en 19 de 44 casos donde hubo formación y asistencia cross-cultural, permitieron expresar un cuerpo de consideraciones que con aproximación en la teoría de agencia ratificaron la importancia de la respectiva práctica para reducir desajustes externos en el personal expatriado, si bien se advierte que su efectividad puedeestar supeditada a distintos condicionantes vinculantes con la materia.
