Abstract

El artículo contiene los resultados del estudio de necesidades de entrenamiento de los operarios en una empresa productora de alimentos, cuyo objetivo fue la consolidación de un instructivo para la formación y mejoramiento del desempeño del personal operativo. Se partió de identificar las necesidades de formación de los operarios, las habilidades y competencias a desarrollar y la jerarquización de los distintos niveles de especialización de las tareas. Del análisis surgen las guías de entrenamiento acorde con cada puesto de trabajo manejando elementos de producción, calidad, seguridad industrial y medio ambiente
