Modelo de maduración de fruto de banano empleando procesos gaussianos de regresión y filtros acusto-ópticos.
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados experimentales obtenidos del análisis espectral de imágenes ópticas del proceso de maduración de fruto de banano. La adquisición de las imágenes multiespectrales se realizó en el rango espectral visible a través de un Filtro Acusto-Óptico (FAO). Se elaboró una base de datos con 800 imágenes para cada uno de los 15 días de maduración del fruto, se procede a realizar el filtrado y a adquirir los parámetros que caracterizan el modelo de maduración del fruto para desarrollar un proceso Gaussiano de Regresión y predecir el aporte de los componentes espectrales para el siguiente día de maduración.Downloads
