Abstract

El artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio efectuado en el área de Registro y Control Académico del cual hicieron parte elementos como: observaciones directas y cronometradas en los puestos de trabajo, entrevistas personales con los funcionarios, aplicación de encuestas a los usuarios del servicio, levantamiento de diagramas de flujo para la caracterización y compresión de los procedimientos, así como elaboración de gráficos de causa- efecto, que permitieron la elaboración de una propuesta integral y sistémica para mejorar y optimizar el servicio de sus usuarios.
