Abstract

Para conseguir información del estado actual de la fuerza laboral y por ende su rendimiento, algunos profesionales como médicos fisiólogos, o trabajadores ocupacionales aplican pruebas preestablecidas no muy técnicas, con un componente cualitativo y subjetivo muy importante, lo que conlleva a arrojar resultados imprecisos y poco confiables. Una información precisa y veraz puede adquirirse a través de una base de datos suministrada por un equipo instrumentado que realice pruebas objetivas y pertinentes que será aplicada en aquellas empresas en las cuales su producción dependa de la actividad y fuerza muscular, obteniendo beneficio personal y un óptimo rendimiento laboral.
