Análisis desde la teoría motivacional de las causas de ingreso y deserción del estudiante universitario
Abstract
Desde el punto de vista de dos estudiantes aspirantes a obtener el título de Magíster en Administración del Desarrollo Humano y Organizacional y como docentes universitarias, se presenta el Análisis de Aplicación de la Teoría Administrativa Conductual al contexto de la realidad en la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. Concentrándose en los estudiantes que llegan a cursar primer semestre “Primíparos” en los diferentes programas de la U.T.P; y, con un enfoque básico en un análisis aplicativo desde la Teoría de Motivación-Higiene de Herzberg, la Motivación Humana y en un análisis crítico de la Teoría de las necesidades humanas de Abraham Maslow.Downloads
