Cómo influyen los factores de motivación en la satisfacción de los empleados dentro de una organización
Abstract
Este artículo presenta los resultados del estudio de investigación que permitieron revisar la relación entre motivación de logro y satisfacción en cuatro pequeñas industrias del área de calzado de la ciudad de Pereira El trabajo se enmarcó en una investigación cuantitativa, ofreciendo resultados de un estudio descriptivo correlacional arrojados por el software SPSS, estos resultados se sustentan al mismo tiempo por las diferentes teorías de motivación y satisfacción existentes hasta el momento.Downloads
