Modelo de gestión de indicadores para una empresa de venta de vehículos

Abstract

El presente artículo muestra la elaboración del cuadro de mando integral de una empresa de venta de vehículos la cual comienza por la revisión del estado actual en lo relativo al control de gestión y sus herramientas. Los indicadores actuales son complementados con otros indicadores necesarios para la medición de la gestión. Todo esto a través de un sistema de información amigable al usuario.
