Abstract

El objetivo fue proponer un modelo de capacitación basado en competencias y su costeo para el personal Administrativo de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. Dicho modelo permitirá potencializar y desarrollar las competencias misionales y específicas. El modelo desarrolla cinco fases así: detección de necesidades, programación, ejecución, evaluación y seguimiento. Se propuso un instrumento virtual para recoger las necesidades y para costear la capacitación que permitirá evaluar el costo-beneficio de la capacitación La propuesta se integrara al sistema de gestión del Talento Humano por competencias de la Universidad para ser aplicado a todo el personal del área administrativa.
