Propuesta de un modelo conceptual de sistema de información para el consultorio juridico de la UIS

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un modelo conceptual del sistema de información para el Consultorio Jurídico en la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Para su construcción se efectuó un proceso de investigación acción guiado por la Metodología de Sistemas Blandos MSB y los conceptos de Sistema de Información y Desarrollo de Sistemas de Información propuestos en el Pensamiento de Sistemas Blandos. El modelo incluye el estudio de la situación organizaciónal, el modelado de las actividades organizacionales como Sistemas de Actividad Humana, y la especificación de un programa compuesto por siete proyectos de desarrollo de tecnología de información para soportar el modelo de actividades.
