Efecto de los productos de combustión de emulsiones de crudo pesado sobre la aleación 2 ¼ cr-1mo
Abstract
El propósito de esta investigación fue estudiar el efecto de los productos de combustión de emulsiones de crudo pesado sobre la aleación 2 ¼ Cr -1Mo. Para la experimentación se utilizó una caldera pirotubular de 100 HP en donde se colocaron la muestras por duplicado, las cuales se retiraron a las 8, 50, 124, 203, 305 y 500 horas de exposición. Los ensayos se realizaron en función de la ganancia de masa respecto al tiempo, las muestras fueron analizadas mediante metalografía óptica, microscopia electrónica de barrido SEM-EDX, y DRX. El análisis de los resultados muestra que la sulfidación fue el fenómeno dominante en el proceso.Downloads
