Nueva arquitectura abierta de tiempo real para la facturación in-situ de abonados eléctricos

Abstract

El presente trabajo propone una metodología de facturación in-situ para hacer más eficiente y económico el proceso de facturación actual de abonados eléctricos, empleando para ello tecnologías de bajo costo y fácil acceso en nuestro medio como Bluetooth y la red celular. Dicha metodología establece el diseño de un nuevo medidor de energía electrónico y el reemplazo de los tradicionales terminales portátiles de datos (PDT’s), con el fin de evitar la lectura manual de medidores y contar con acceso en línea de los datos de usuario.
