Estudio de la capacidad de carga de cilindros oleohidráulicos
Abstract
Tradicionalmente los fabricantes de cilindros oleohidráulicos usan la ecuación de Euler para el cálculo de la carga de pandeo, considerando todo el actuador como una columna ideal cargada concéntricamente. Para un cilindro hidráulico este criterio es una aproximación basta ya que, entre otros, la carga aplicada no es una carga neta axial para la mayoría de aplicaciones. Este trabajo plantea un modelo que involucra el análisis de las condiciones de contorno y las cargas presentes en una aplicación real. Los resultados del modelo son validados experimentalmente en un banco de ensayos, diseñado para determinar el comportamiento de cilindros bajo carga.Downloads
