Matriz de medición de desempeño para la función de producción
Abstract
Conocer el desempeño de producción requiere diseñar mecanismos que permitan expresar a través de indicadores el logro de objetivos asociados a prioridades competitivas. Una forma de darles sentido unificador a estos últimos, es agruparlos en una matriz de medición que permita valorar cada prioridad para luego integrarlas en un índice que refleje el desempeño integral de la función y cuyo uso permita la evaluación de procesos y el apoyo a la toma de decisiones. Lo anterior define el objetivo general de la investigación, la cual utiliza como fundamentación empírica un caso de estudio representado por una empresa de producción.Downloads
