Abstract

El presente artículo muestra un panorama de la evolución humana iniciando en las antiguas civilizaciones como sumeria, babilonia, china y griega, pasando por las organizaciones militares y de la iglesia católica, recorriendo la edad media y finalizando en la revolución industrial etapas en las cuales se identificaron las cualidades o características de los líderes que en la actualidad se deben potenciar para generar impacto positivo en la sociedad.
